Ziggy & Moon is a heartwarming, magic-filled adventure film for kids and families — one part Matilda, one part E.T., and entirely its own wonderful thing. Set right here in Arizona, it's a story about friendship, self-discovery, and what happens when a little girl with brand new powers decides to lead with kindness instead of payback.
The Story
During a solar eclipse, nine-year-old Ziggy is bitten by a mysterious creature — and wakes up with something she never asked for: magical powers.
Now, alongside her best friend Ollie, Ziggy has two very important missions. First: rescue the strange, wonderful animal they've named Moon from the clutches of an evil man who wants him back. Second: use her new abilities to finally get revenge on the biggest bully in school.
But somewhere between the planning and the doing, Ziggy starts to wonder — what if the bully doesn't need a lesson? What if she just needs someone to believe in her?
Ziggy & Moon is a film about the magic that lives inside ordinary kids, and the extraordinary things that happen when we choose kindness over revenge.

Bullying is one of the most universal childhood experiences — and one of the least well-served by the stories we tell kids about it. Ziggy & Moon approaches it differently: not with punishment, but with empathy. The idea that bullies are often kids who don't believe in themselves — and that belief, extended from an unexpected source, might be the most powerful magic of all.
