The Story

Logline: When a devastating car accident robs a gifted athlete of his Olympic dream, he seeks comfort and aid from an inspirational pup named Coop. Together, their bond is unbreakable, and his drive is unstoppable.

Gabriel Gonzales was born to run. A promising young track star with his eyes on the Olympics, Gabriel's world shatters in a single moment — a tragic car accident that takes his three best friends and leaves him a double amputee. But in the wreckage of that loss, something unexpected finds him: Coop, an adorable rescue dog in a wheelchair of his own, with more heart than most people Gabriel has ever known.

With the love of family, the loyalty of friends, and the quiet, stubborn spirit of one very special dog, Gabriel sets his sights on something no one thought possible — the Gold Medal at the 2028 Paralympic Games.
